Nesfield Court is a large privately owned manor house on the edge of the Yorkshire Dales and Bolton Abbey Estate. This large residence was in need of extensive modernisation when the new occupiers took possession.
Lion Construction were very client driven on this project to partially rebuild, fully renovate and refurbish this property to restore it back to it’s former glory.

The ground floor was redesigned to include a large kitchen, dining and open plan style living space with a wood burning stove and underfloor heating throughout. The high end, hand built kitchen with a large central island and Corian worktops, ceiling beams and tasteful lighting retain the character of the property whilst incorporating the luxury of a modern kitchen.
The second floor bedrooms and were all refurbished to the specification of the client, this included bespoke fixtures and fittings, new flooring and decorating throughout. All bathrooms were fit with modern bathrooms and stylish colour schemes.
All internal walls were re-insulated, the the state of the art heating system which is located in the basement includes bespoke radiators.
The external walls were re-rendered, all windows and rear conservatory were replaced and bi-fold doors were installed to give access to the extensive gardens.

Lion Construction carried out a full shop fit out in the Stratford Westfield shopping centre. The striking contemporary interior highlights the vintage, rock and jazz style of the retailer. The shop focuses on a chandelier canopy fixed to a suspended mirrored raft.
